
Exploration Sales Support
Job Overview
As Exploration Sales Support at Flooglebinder, you’ll play a key role in helping grow our impact through educational travel by supporting the sales team. Expect to be building strong relationships, increasing engagement, and streamlining the sales process. You’ll work closely with the Chief Exploration Officers (our Sales Executives) to ensure presentations are set up for success, new enquiries are generated, captured and followed up, and school partners feel supported every step of the way.
This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and great with people. THe individual should expect to spend lots of time on the phone as well as producing a significant amount of outbound e-mail and linkedin messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Support the top of the funnel growth by working on outbound generation including email, phonecalls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and mailings.
Help manage and track new enquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.
Assist in identifying target organisations and retrieving up-to-date contact information.
Sales & Presentation Support
Book and coordinate presentation dates for students and parents while supporting our Chief Exploration Officers (Sales Execs).
Ensure Chief Exploration Officers and Project Managers have everything they need to deliver effective, engaging presentations.
Monitor sign-up numbers and notify the team of deposits received.
Work directly with teachers to follow up with students who haven’t signed up, helping to improve take-up and conversion rates.
Conduct sales updates to the Co-Founders when the Chief Exploration Officers you support are out on project or otherwise unavailable.
Database & CRM Management
Maintain and update contact details, organisation information, and status updates in Insightly (our CRM).
Ensure schools and organisations receive the latest relevant info to stay engaged with Flooglebinder.
Platform & Content Support
Prepare and confirm readiness of booking management platform for new projects.
Upload and share booking documentation, confirmation letters, and other relevant materials.
Support in sharing relevant course content via platforms like Thinkific or internal resources to aid in the sales process.
Key Skills & Attributes
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Confidence reaching out to external stakeholders (teachers, schools, partners).
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and systems at once.
A proactive mindset with a focus on helping the team succeed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems (like Insightly) is a plus, but training will be provided.
A passion for education, travel, and making a difference.
Requirements
1+ year experience in a customer-facing, admin, sales, recruitment, estate agency or similar, with higher usage of phone and email communication
Experience or interest in education, travel, or youth engagement is beneficial.
Right to work in the UK.
Willing to work from the London office 3 days a week
Willingness to undergo relevant safeguarding and compliance training.
